To evaluate the effectiveness of ClearCorrect clear aligners in correcting dental crowding and improving occlusion and esthetics in a 13-year-old patient based on a single case report.
Approach:
Patient Evaluation: A 13-year-old patient with dental crowding and proclined maxillary incisors was assessed, revealing a class II molar relationship and significant arch length discrepancies.
Treatment Method: Treatment was conducted using ClearCorrect clear aligners without attachments and included class II elastics.
Treatment Duration: The treatment spanned 11 months and involved three refinement phases.
Key Findings:
Successful correction of bilateral class II canine relationship.
Retroclination of maxillary incisors achieved.
Improvement in dental alignment and leveling of the curve of Spee.
