ROE Dental Laboratory introduced ArchBridge for Overdenture, a patent-pending digital scanning system and workflow for fixed and removable overdenture cases.

  • 2

The system uses six reusable titanium scan bodies with distinct geometries that press-fit onto overdenture abutments to record attachment positions during intraoral scanning.

  • 3

ROE says the workflow transfers housing placement to the laboratory and eliminates poured models and analogs for attachment positioning.

  • 4

The laboratory positions and cures overdenture housings before delivery, replacing chairside blockout and intraoral acrylic pickup procedures.

According to ROE, ArchBridge is compatible with most major overdenture systems and supports overdenture replacement, healing denture conversion, and conversion to a fixed hybrid restoration.
